Business Challenge
A leading restaurant chain in the US wanted insights on financial management, marketing, trading and real estate/equipment lease by analyzing data from ERP systems, marketing platforms, third-party data providers, and multiple internal sources. The biggest challenge for them was to consolidate all these data sources and track several brand pillars with key performance metrics such as brand loyalty, operational excellence, and profitability among others.
Sigmoid Solution
Sigmoid implemented cloud-agnostic, Low Code/No Code tools that integrated multiple data sources with varying levels of granularity. We scoped the data and architected an environment to create automated data pipelines that integrated the data into AWS Redshift. The data pipelines were leveraged to build multilayered dashboards with critical brand performance pillars such as brand loyalty, operational excellence, profitability, supply chain, restaurants’ reach, people, and technology. The multilayered dashboards enabled the client to extract actionable insights at many levels.
